Designed and manufactured by Sandy Semiconductor Test Solutions in the UK, the SP1 and SP2 series manual linear motion micropositioners deliver high precision, rigid probing platforms for analytical probers.
Engineered with micrometer head drives and recirculating linear slides across all three axes (X, Y, Z), these manipulators provide smooth positioning for fine semiconductor geometries, submicron applications, and general electronic test environments.
